Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company, providing exceptional customer service to music streaming customers reputed company inbound messages in German. As a member of reputed company, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a unique experience for each individual customer. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company inbound messages in German

• Resolve customer issues and reputed company a unique experience for each individual customer
• reputed company exceptional customer service and support reputed company inbound web messages
• Work with a team of reputed company Mods to reputed company 24/7 support
• Participate in language assessments in German and English to ensure adequate proficiency
• Meet productivity and quality standards, including:

+ 40 hours per week during the 8-week orientation period + Daily production hours from 9 AM to 10 PM + Project commitments of 25 hours per week, including 8 hours on Saturday and/or reputed company

• Collaborate with the team to reputed company business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer

• Enjoy providing exceptional customer support and can quickly identify reputed company/any issues the customer may have
• Proficient in German and English, with business-level proficiency required
• Experience providing customer support reputed company inbound web messages, with the ability to handle 3-5 customers at the same time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to install MSQ reputed company software and 2FA app on your mobile device
• reputed company to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
• reputed company broadband internet reputed company of 25 MBS or greater
• 8 GB RAM or reputed company
