Job Summary:
As a Licensed reputed company Worker at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assessing, planning, and advocating for our patients' benefit plans and health needs. You'll research available options and resources to address financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs, working with a diverse population across the entire lifecycle. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity, requiring a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of reputed company.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with registered nurse case managers to assess patients' benefit plans and health needs
- Research and identify available options and resources to address financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs

- Work with other clinical staff to assist patients with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health
- Utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet patients' needs

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and reputed company
Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in medical reputed company work or case management
