Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Associate I, reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to reputed company customers, handling incoming and outgoing calls reputed company to reputed company benefits, and administering intake documentation into our systems. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company setting.

  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Meeting monthly individual call center metrics.
  • Agreement to recording and evaluations for training and compliance.
  • Proficiency with keyboard functions and navigation between multiple computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications
