Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and reputed company. Your primary duties will include:

• Providing Service to Patients: Answer patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining positive patient relations.

• Printing and Rebilling: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
