What you'll do
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering reputed company-but-wonderful customer service to our customers reputed company email and live chat. You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers
- Learning our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Using internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
- Identifying trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
Who you are
We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements

- Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Availability evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
