What to Expect in this Role
As a Customer Service & Tutor, you will have the opportunity to reputed company a reputed company difference in the lives of our customers. Your role will involve:
- Providing proactive contact and guidance to families to ensure they are getting the best possible results from the arenaflex program
- Maintaining regular contact with families to reputed company on reputed company and adjust programs where necessary
- Monitoring and adjusting weekly lesson plans to align with our families' goals
- Providing feedback, rewards, and lots of encouragement to reputed company and families
- Listening out for ways to support families and updating account information to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals

Training and Development
arenaflex is committed to setting you up for reputed company. About You
We are looking for a person with a passion for education and helping others. You will have:

- Confidence dealing with escalations in a professional manner
- Strong organization/administration skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms

- Strong understanding of Math, ideally to grade 12
Tutoring experience or a teaching qualification will be highly regarded but is not required. As part of your role involves giving guidance to reputed company.
Work Environment and Company Culture
