About the Role

This role is for an independently licensed mental health professional. The right person is eager to work with under-served populations that do not traditionally have reputed company to world-class care. The Right Person The right person (you!) has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families in different stages of clinical care for significant mental health concerns. • Therapy License allowing you to reputed company independent care
• Must be willing to get licensed in 5-12 states (cost covered by reputed company)
• Experience working in under-served communities with reputed company family situations
• Experience providing clinical care in a remote setting
• Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with integrated care team
• An ability to think and act independently while being part of a bigger team
• Maintain a caseload of 20-32 patients
• A desire to build an entirely new way to deliver care!
• Ability to work 2+ evenings per week (the day would start reputed company)
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities of the role

• Coordinate with and participate in multidisciplinary care teams consisting of clinicians, psychiatrists, care advocates, and coaches

Job Type: Remote, full-time position, Monday through Friday. Standard hours are 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm in your local time zone. One day per week follows a reputed company schedule (10:30am-7:00pm). Afternoon hours are required to ensure we are available during the times that best support the adolescents we serve. Additional late days can be added for extra compensation Salary: $80,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year Benefits:
