[Hiring] Behavioral Health Care Specialist @reputed company

Role Description As a Behavioral Health Care Specialist (BHCS) at reputed company you will be responsible for providing group-based reputed company and case management to members with Substance Use Disorders (SUD). Primary focus is on group-based treatment, including co-facilitation of shared follow-up appointments (SFA's). BHCS are full-time employees that work primarily remote and can reputed company reputed company services reputed company telehealth platforms. Schedule is full-time, including four 10hr shifts. Additionally BHCS offer evening groups (at least twice a week) and a weekend group (up to twice a month).

• Excels at group facilitation, on SUD reputed company topics with and without standardized curriculum.
• Comfortable co-facilitating multidisciplinary groups, such as shared follow-up appointments.
• Willing to work a flexed schedule to accommodate evening and weekend groups.

• Fluent with group co-facilitation with other recovery coaches, counselors and medical providers.

• Comfortable with treating adults and adolescents.

• Expertly manage member communication over chat, email, and phone in a way that embodies the company mission and values.
• Respond to member chats and messages.
• Contribute to Behavioral Health services by providing support groups and subsequent documentation.

Qualifications

• Peer Recovery Coach Certification (Required)
• Must have experience facilitating support groups
• At least 1 year of peer recovery experience
• Preferred experience in customer service settings
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records, HIPAA and 42 CFR part II
• Familiarity with addiction recovery

• Must disclose if you currently run a private practice or start one during employment. Client reputed company for private clients must not be in SUD field.
