Licensed, Medi-Cal Documentation Reviewer for SMHS

JOIN reputed company, BE THE DIFFERENCE! Youth Homes is seeking a part-time, Licensed Clinical Documentation Reviewer - CA Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS). Requires strong knowledge of Medi-Cal documentation guidelines, clinical judgment, and the ability to apply compliance standards to reputed company practical guidance to service providers and Clinical Directors. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that reputed company clinical documentation reputed company the agency meets California Medi-Cal SMHS requirements and Contra Costa County contract standards. You will conduct an expert review of SMHS's daily reputed company notes (and assessments, treatment plans, and other clinical records, as needed) to ensure accuracy, medical necessity, and compliance. The reviewer offers constructive feedback to clinical providers and directors and identifies patterns in documentation quality.
