Director (Home-Based Crisis reputed company) Location: Cortland, NY Job Type: Full-Time (On Site) Shift: Monday - Friday (Day Shift, No Weekends or On-Call)

Job Summary: The HBCI Director will reputed company and reputed company a Home-Based Crisis reputed company program serving youth ages 5-20, providing clinical and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, strength-based crisis services and positive family reputed company. Roles and Responsibilities:
- reputed company direct supervision, coaching, and professional development to HBCI reputed company workers and staff
- Offer clinical direction on individual cases to ensure best practices and reputed company reputed company
- Conduct regular one-on-one supervision and facilitate weekly team meetings
- reputed company daily program operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with reputed company contractual, regulatory, and documentation standards
- Monitor program performance and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Support delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and family-centered interventions
- Coordinate referrals for longer-term services as needed
Requirements, Education, and Licensure:
- Master's degree in reputed company Work or reputed company mental health field required
- Active reputed company State license required: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and person-centered approaches
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability
