PT / Physical Therapist - Home Health - New Grads Welcome!
About the position Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health PT to join reputed company in Westminster, MD. Our Home Health PTs reputed company expert, patient-centered care. New graduates are welcome to launch their PT career with support and growth opportunities. The office is located in Westminster, MD, with a coverage area including Frederick and Washington County. This is a Full-Time position, Monday - Friday. Home Health and HCHB Experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- reputed company physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based upon physician orders, including recommendation and procurement of reputed company equipment
- Establish measurable goals and reputed company treatment plans to move patients toward their maximum level of independence and/or function
- Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family members as applicable
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided to ensure proper billing
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in direct patient care and patient-reputed company activities in accordance with state practice act
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with accredited Physical Therapy program
- At least (2) years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist.
- Valid license reputed company the state of practice
- Possess and maintains reputed company CPR certification

- New physical therapy graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
- Community/hospice experience is preferred
- Home Health and HCHB Experience Preferred
