LICENSED THERPIST (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – 1099 Contractor | Telehealth & In-Person | reputed company Credentialed | Start-Up Practice We are a growing start-up behavioral health practice seeking independently licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join reputed company as 1099 independent contractors. Providers will receive steady client referrals and have the flexibility to reputed company telehealth and/or in-person outpatient therapy services.

Compensation

• Fee-for-service pay per completed session
• Based on insurance reimbursement received

Requirements

• Active Georgia license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• reputed company credentialed or actively credentialing
• Must have FEIN / Tax ID for 1099 contracting (required)
• Professional liability insurance required
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• reputed company individual, family, and/or group therapy services
• Conduct clinical assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (reputed company notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries)
• Maintain compliance with reputed company, insurance payers, and ethical licensing board standards
• Manage own schedule, caseload, and session availability independently
• Participate in client care coordination and referral collaboration as needed
• Ensure reputed company services are delivered in accordance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
