About the unit Our department is comprised of units specializing in both outpatient and inpatient surgeries. Staff who join our units should be teamwork oriented and possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and decision-making skills. Scope of work The certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) in accordance to the American College of Surgeon (ACS) provides direct aid to the primary surgeon in reputed company aspects of surgery reputed company-operatively. This includes; exposure, hemostasis, closure (multi-modality), and reputed company other technical functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation leading to reputed company results. Also, they aid in the implantation, removal, manipulation, and securing of devices, prosthetics, tissues, and drains. Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree Nursing. Required Completion of approved/accredited RNFA program. Experience preferred, not required.
