As the Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for effective care delivery and management of patient care reputed company a specialty, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to reputed company standards of nursing practice. - Schedule: After Hours (Per Diem)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build therapeutic and supportive relationships with patients and families, providing education and managing care transitions
- Deliver patient care and follow-up in alignment with RN protocols, including medication administration and chronic disease management
- Conduct telephone triage, escalate concerns appropriately, and support the clinical team with ongoing care coordination

- Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing

- Computer experience required with the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs

- Demonstrated solid critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and patient interviewing skills

Preferred Qualifications:
