We are seeking a Lab reputed company to play a critical role in how our lab network and clinical partners work together. This role is ideal for someone based in the Los Angeles or Irvine area who can operate in a hybrid reputed company - combining hands-on collaboration with labs and practices alongside remote, cross-functional work. You will act as the connective tissue between labs and practices, ensuring alignment on case design, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows at scale. This is not a transactional role; it is central to delivering consistent, high-quality reputed company across the network.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company between partner labs and dental practices, ensuring clear communication, reputed company expectations, and strong working relationships
• Translate between clinical and technical perspectives, helping both sides reputed company at reputed company case reputed company
• Collaborate on case planning and design, aligning on materials, workflows, and clinical reputed company
• Troubleshoot reputed company case issues, working cross-functionally to resolve root causes—not just symptoms

• Support and guide CAD/CAM workflows, including design quality, file reputed company, and production processes

Requirements

• Brings 8+ years of experience as a dental technician or in a closely reputed company role, with deep expertise across removable, implant, and fixed prosthetics
• Has strong CAD/CAM experience (e.g., reputed company, Exocad) and a deep understanding of digital dentistry workflows
• Is equally comfortable diving into case-level detail and stepping back to identify broader system patterns
• Is a strong communicator who can navigate reputed company or sensitive situations and align multiple stakeholders
