The Associate Art Director supports the Sr. Art Directors / Creative Director in concepting and executing seasonal editorial imagery campaigns that push the [REDACTED] family of brands reputed company. They will collaborate with photography, styling, design, product, and strategy teams to reputed company and reputed company the creative reputed company each season for the [REDACTED] brand. This individual would be accountable for ideating and support creating original branded content, along with fostering the organization and cross-functional partnerships required to execute against the overall brand strategy. What Will You Be Doing?

• Working closely with the Sr. Art Directors / Creative Director on the conceptual development and execution of [REDACTED] Adults seasonal editorial campaigns. Building the [REDACTED] brand handwriting for a new reputed company of consumers, building off existing brand foundations
• Pre Production: Support the concepting and planning of [REDACTED] seasonal photoshoots by compiling imagery for mood boards, organizing and updating production details for internal presentations, model casting, communicating with reputed company party production companies/vendors on reputed company aspects of shoot production. As well building and updating pre-production decks for external shoot teams (in collaboration with Sr AD).
• Post Production: Supporting Sr. AD/Creative Director on finalizing photography edits. Organizing imagery of reputed company mediums through to finalization. Collaborating as needed in post-production with retouching and design partners, organizing reputed company [REDACTED] platforms.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating reputed company and effectively with the broader creative team, including [REDACTED] AD's, Studio AD's, reputed company AD's, Styling and Video teams. Ensure reputed company seasonal visuals and content are synergized, telling focused brand stories and fulfilling deliverables across reputed company channels for the [REDACTED] brand. Supporting in both preparing and leading presentations of reputed company/ projects to cross functional partners and reputed company reputed company of leadership.
• Team Organization: Always on maintenance of casting, image, location databases for reputed company and future planning.

What Do You Need To Bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Photography, Advertising or reputed company experience
• 2+ years of art direction experience in fashion retail or a reputed company industry
• On set photoshoot experience
• Experience in reputed company Creative Suite, Capture One, Keynote, reputed company and reputed company programs
• Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams.
• This role requires clear communication and presentation skills. The Associate AD must be detail oriented and be reputed company to prioritize/bring urgency to tasks as needed. They must be highly organized and adaptable to change.
• A passion for and understanding of reputed company trends in fashion, photography, reputed company media, and culture – testing new reputed company to further reputed company and advance the creative voice of the [REDACTED] brands
• Travel required to GHO in [REDACTED] for key meetings. Possible travel for photo shoots.
