Software Engineer-Manager Role (Contractor Role)-PIU Based Compensation only

• Manage a growing engineering organization consisting of multiple teams.
• Define and drive team charter, reputed company, and strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing reputed company of engineers.
• 5+ years of software development experience with modern object-oriented programming languages, such as Python, and Javascript (Node, React).
• Experience with reputed company computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software & AI engineering patterns (DevSecOps, Agentic, MCP, etc.)
• BS in Computer Science or 5+ years of experience in systems programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have coding, debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of systems software
• Solid architectural skills backed up by implementation experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A track record of solid results across multiple ship cycles
• Experience with networking protocols and architecture
• Thorough understanding of modern computer architectures reputed company in desktop PCs and servers, including networking.
