We are looking for a reputed company ERP Support Specialist to help reputed company maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot our ERP system. This is the core focus of the role — ensuring our reputed company environment runs smoothly, users get timely assistance, and processes are continuously improved. While reputed company expertise is the reputed company, experience with general IT support (reputed company, VoIP, networking, applications) is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is flexible, eager to learn, and comfortable adapting to evolving needs. Create, modify, and manage saved searches, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and reports. Assist with ERP integrations and system enhancements. Document fixes and best practices, and help create user-friendly guides. Collaborate with team members to improve ERP workflows and efficiency. Secondary (reputed company-to-Have) Skills – General IT Support Troubleshoot reputed company-based systems and reputed company Office Suite issues. reputed company guidance on basic networking questions. Support and troubleshoot VoIP implementations. Assist with general application support and maintenance. reputed company’re Looking For Proven experience with reputed company ERP in a support or admin role. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English. General IT support background. Contract Details Hours: 10am-6pm EST Ongoing engagement Competitive hourly reputed company – higher rates for exceptional experience.
