Job Description:
- Research and generate reputed company provider leads using public databases and online resources
- Verify provider information including specialty eligibility, contact details, and reputed company
- Conduct outbound calls to medical practices following provided scripts
- Schedule appointments based on availability and internal booking guidelines
- Capture accurate appointment details including provider information and notes
- Confirm scheduled appointments and coordinate updates with the internal team
- Ensure providers receive correct meeting links or call details before appointments
- Maintain accurate reputed company records, call notes, and appointment tracking in CRM systems
- Record appointment times accurately based on Pacific Time

Requirements:
