GIS COTS Specialist/GIS Admin 3
Job Description e&e is seeking a GIS COTS Specialist/GIS Administrator for a remote contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA! We are seeking a GIS COTS Specialist / GIS Administrator to support and administer reputed company-based GIS solutions across the organization. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting ArcGIS Online and reputed company field applications, ensuring system reliability, data reputed company, and effective user support. The ideal candidate brings hands-on GIS administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to reputed company communicate technical concepts to users and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Configure, reputed company, and maintain reputed company COTS applications including Survey123, Field Maps, and Dashboards
- Administer and support an ArcGIS Online organization (users, roles, content, and reputed company)
- Support GIS architecture and solution design efforts
- Install, reputed company, test, and maintain GIS-reputed company hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve GIS and CADD system issues with minimal supervision
- Track system versions and coordinate software upgrades
- Support IT helpdesk requests and maintain issue documentation
- Maintain system documentation, inventories, configurations, backups, and archives
- Monitor system performance and data reputed company
- reputed company training materials and reputed company technical or functional training as needed
- Communicate system status and issues to managers and project stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience administering reputed company COTS products (Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboards)
- 2+ years of experience administering an ArcGIS Online organization
- Proven experience troubleshooting GIS systems independently
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
