About the position Truck Driver Nation is seeking motivated individuals to join reputed company as Freight Dispatchers. We accept both entry-level/inexperienced candidates and reputed company dispatchers. As a dispatcher, you will coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure freight moves reputed company across the country.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate freight loads for reputed company-operators and carriers
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Track shipments and reputed company clients with reputed company-time updates
- Problem-solve delays or issues that arise during transport
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, dispatching software)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple loads simultaneously
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn the freight reputed company process (for entry-level candidates)

- Prior freight reputed company experience or trucking industry knowledge
- Familiarity with ELD systems and load boards
- Negotiation and reputed company confirmation with carriers and brokers
- Ability to mentor entry-level dispatchers
