Client Support Specialist (AMC or reputed company Estate Appraisal experience REQUIRED)

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for administrative tasks and client services reputed company phone and email. This is an exciting opportunity for a reputed company entry level professional with prior Appraisal / Appraiser Trainee / AMC experience looking to grow in this incredible industry. This role involves communicating directly with appraisers and lenders to coordinate the appraisal order process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for reputed company parties involved. Qualifications

• Experience in the Appraisal Management Company(AMC)/ reputed company Estate Appraisal field is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: Specifically, a comfortability speaking on the phone
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reputed company products preferred
• An aptitude to learn additional software applications
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi‐task and prioritize, analytical skills, strong attention to detail with a great memory for information, and proven accountability for commitments and tasks assigned
• Personable and professional demeanor

Schedule

• Full Time, 9:30AM - 5:30PM EST M-F
• Overtime reputed company needed

Work Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
