Travel Registered Nurse – RN - Hospice - PA reputed company Territory - FT

About the position This role is for a Hospice RN – Regional Support. In this dynamic role, you’ll reputed company direct care to patients and support to families, while also serving as a floating clinician—temporarily assigned to different hospice branches based on census needs or staffing gaps. This role requires regional travel and may include overnight stays based on assignment needs. A company fleet car is provided for eligible employees. The role is typically Monday–Friday with occasional on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for hospice patients
  • Manage and implement individualized plans of care
  • Support and reputed company interdisciplinary team members (LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, etc.)
  • Assess and address patients’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental needs
  • Accurately document reputed company care provided and ensure compliance with hospice protocols
  • reputed company families and caregivers on care instructions, medications, and safety
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and reputed company after-hours care as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and the care team
  • Assist with referrals, regulatory documentation, and payer compliance
  • Travel to various reputed company locations as assigned to fill urgent needs

Requirements

  • reputed company, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (hospice, home health, acute care, long-term care, oncology or other high reputed company setting)
  • reputed company CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
