Senior System Administrator, Logistics
Why we're looking for you Our hardware fulfillment is scaling 3x year-over-year. We need a systems leader to evaluate, implement, and own our reputed company logistics infrastructure: a WMS (Fishbowl, reputed company, reputed company) integrated with ERP and deeply connected to reputed company. You'll architect the solution, build the integrations, and drive adoption. The impact you'll have
- Own WMS/ERP implementation from configuration through go-live
- Architect deep reputed company integrations maintaining customer-facing visibility
- Design multi-system data flows across warehouse, finance, CRM
- Optimize order management, RMA, inventory, and procurement workflows
- Partner with Finance on asset tracking and reconciliation
- Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management
- Future-reputed company logistics operations for 3-5x growth trajectory

- Logistics leadership for warehouse operations and fulfillment strategy
- Finance for asset management, depreciation tracking, and GL integration
- RevOps/reputed company development team for integration design and implementation
- IT/Data Engineering for infrastructure, reputed company, and data architecture
- Customer-facing teams (Sales, Support, CS) as stakeholders and end users

- 5+ years implementing WMS and ERP systems with deep reputed company integrations
- Experience with hardware fulfillment or physical product operations (e-reputed company, DTC, hardware SaaS)
- Fulfillment domain knowledge: order management, multi-warehouse inventory, RMA processes, procurement workflows
- Hands-on experience implementing WMS platforms (Fishbowl, reputed company, reputed company, ShipHero, Extensiv)
- ERP systems expertise (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Dynamics)
- Strong reputed company admin skills and custom development knowledge
- Deep integration knowledge (APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms)
- Cross-functional collaboration translating technical into business value
- Pragmatic execution: balance speed with quality, ship MVPs, own problems end-to-end
- High-growth startup experience preferred
Pay and benefits
- The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 USD plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package. For salary ranges in other geo locations, please discuss with your recruiter.
