Operations Manage

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to reputed company their reputed company-party logistics (3PL) partner and manage reputed company aspects of inbound and outbound freight. This role is critical in ensuring efficient supply chain operations, optimizing costs, and delivering best-in-class service reputed company to our customers and retail partners. Responsibilities 3PL Management
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company 3PL operations
- reputed company daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Monitor and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards
- reputed company regular business reviews and drive reputed company improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions
Order Management
- Own the full order lifecycle: order intake, validation, allocation, fulfillment and invoicing
- Ensure EDI and reputed company orders are processed accurately
- Resolve order discrepancies, chargebacks, shortages and routing issues
- Ensure compliance with retailer/vendor requirements (routing guides, labeling, ASN accuracy)
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy

Outbound Logistics (Freight Out)
- reputed company order processing, picking, packing, and shipment execution
- Ensure on-time, accurate delivery to customers and retail partners
- Manage parcel, LTL, and FTL reputed company relationships
- Monitor shipping performance, chargebacks, and service reputed company
Inventory & Systems Management
- Partner with 3PL to maintain accurate inventory reputed company and reporting
- Reconcile discrepancies and reputed company cycle count/physical inventory processes
- reputed company WMS, ERP, and TMS systems to improve visibility and efficiency
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs including OTIF, fill reputed company, inventory accuracy, and freight cost
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build dashboards and reputed company regular updates to leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Finance Teams
- Support new product launches, retailer requirements, and seasonal demand spikes
- Ensure alignment between demand planning and fulfillment execution
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Strong experience managing 3PL providers and warehouse operations
- Deep understanding of freight (inbound/outbound), reputed company management, and distribution
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Manhattan, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in beauty, CPG, retail, or relevant industry
- Experience working with major retailers (e.g., Ulta, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
