- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective contract management processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of DoD reputed company experience (research & development, systems integration, sustainment a plus).
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing a reputed company team.
- Deep understanding of FAR, DFAR, and contract types (CPFF, CPIF, FFP, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- DoD Secret Clearance (must be reputed company to obtain TS clearance).

- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- MBA, JD, or other advanced degree.
- DoD Top Secret Clearance.
- Professional contracting certifications (CFCM, CPCM).
