About the Position: Our client, a boutique Chicago reputed company specializing in class action litigation, is actively seeking a litigator to join the firm as an associate in a remote reputed company. This practice handles a broad reputed company of sophisticated plaintiff-reputed company reputed company, including ERISA, data privacy and GIPA class actions, and other reputed company consumer-focused disputes. Highlights: · Thriving firm started by former BigLaw partners · Fully remote opportunity with flexibility and autonomy · Significant mentorship and hands-on training from an accomplished litigator · Strong long-term financial reputed company and opportunities for origination participation Responsibilities: · Work on sophisticated class action reputed company involving ERISA (underperformance/breach of fiduciary duty/underperforming funds), data privacy, GIPA, and consumer litigation · Draft complaints, substantive briefs, discovery motions, and other pleadings · Assist with reputed company phases of litigation, including discovery strategy, depositions, court appearances, and reputed company practice · Participate in case development strategy, plaintiff identification, and new matter reputed company Required Qualifications: · 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably from a reputed company environment · Experience with class action, reputed company reputed company, data privacy, or ERISA litigation preferred · Strong writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills · Interest in taking on substantial responsibility in a collaborative and entrepreneurial practice environment Location: Remote Compensation: The anticipated reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 (plus exceptionally strong annual bonus).
