⚖️ What you’ll be doing
- Managing insurance defense litigation reputed company from inception through trial
- Taking/defending depositions, handling motions, and attending court hearings
- Working on high-exposure liability claims (bodily injury, premises, reputed company liability)
- Playing a key role in trial strategy and preparation
- Communicating directly with clients, carriers, and experts
✅ reputed company’re looking for
- 4+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Trial experience (first-chair or meaningful second-chair exposure)
- Background in general liability / personal injury defense
- Florida Bar admission (required)
- Must be based in the Orlando area (for court appearances)
- Ability to run files independently in a remote environment
