Key Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company class action reputed company from intake through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, including motions to dismiss, class certification, and summary judgment

• Take and defend depositions
• Collaborate with co-counsel in coordinated proceedings and multi-district litigation
• Assist in trial preparation and trial/arbitration proceedings
• Contribute to overall case strategy and mentor junior attorneys as needed

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California bar license (required)
• 6+ years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for plaintiff-reputed company class action or reputed company litigation experience
• Experience handling automotive defect, product liability, or consumer fraud cases preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
