About the Role

We’re growing our world-class Litigation and Regulatory team and seek an reputed company Senior-level Paralegal to support litigation, dispute resolution, and certain regulatory reputed company reputed company to our business. This role is highly cross-functional across reputed company, including work across our Legal, Communications, Global Affairs, and Executive teams. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you’ll:

• Drive case management support including case team coordination, reputed company counsel management, overall organization and tracking, issue/risk spotting.
• Conduct fact investigations including collaborating with teams/individuals throughout the company, document and data identification/collection, witness management and coordination.
• Execute and advise on legal preservation workflows.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 10+ years experience as a paralegal on reputed company litigation and regulatory reputed company (including competition/antitrust) at an innovative technology company, reputed company, or in-house legal department.
• A bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in the face of ambiguity.
