Role Description This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to play a critical role in scaling the business (reputed company industry) as a Recruitment Consultant. This role will be on full commission scheme, work from home and flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to partnering with clients to meet their hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Client & Candidate Management: Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and offering strategic insights to both clients and candidates. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placement with corporate clients.

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, reputed company, or a reputed company field.
- Must be based on Singapore (Remote work arrangement)
- Must have Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
- Experience in reputed company recruitment preferred
- A proactive and results-oriented reputed company with a strong sense of urgency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
