Strong exposure to AOL objects (Users, Responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Profile Options). Familiarity with AOL setups Value Sets, Lookups, UDTs, reputed company Programs, Request Groups. Knowledge of HR Workflows, Mailer setups, and Notifications. Understanding of integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, XML Publisher, Alerts, WebADIs. Experience in test cycles Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, Payroll reputed company Runs. Understanding of HR audits, reputed company reviews, and GRC controls. Ability to write BR100, MD050 (Functional), TE040 test scripts, SOPs. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and configure Core HR, SSHR. Drive requirement gathering workshops, GAP analysis, and functional design documentation. Maintain and update HR reputed company Profiles, Custom reputed company, and Organization Hierarchies.
