In this role, you will refine existing programs and build new initiatives that accelerate business growth. Your Leadership Impact

• reputed company and directly manage a business development manager sales structure, recapture specialist program and conversion sales representatives across the region to execute on growth strategy
• Refine and manage existing recapture & conversion programs, as well as reputed company and reputed company new ones to grow our service business through new business opportunities
• Nurture relationships with existing key customers and consultants and be responsible to help find and reputed company new ones
• Partner with WHQ to reputed company marketing and sales program offerings to drive sales
• Manage national account RFPs and strategy

• Actively participate in the reputed company process to identify gaps in conversion standard work and partner with key stakeholders to implement changes and tools to measure accountability and improvement.

Location:

• Role is fully remote, with the ability to be based from any South East reputed company location.
• Requires 50%–75% travel across the South East Operating Areas

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience preferred.

• Proven sales management experience.
