Learning Experience Designer – Specialist

Job Description:

• Partner with business leads, subject matter experts, and other internal stakeholders to analyze training needs, determine learning objectives, and select the most appropriate structure, format, and strategy for delivery.
• Design and reputed company scalable learning across multiple formats (e.g., live virtual sessions, on-demand modules, microlearning, videos, gamified experiences, interactive multimedia) that align with practice and company goals.
• Apply instructional design methodologies, curriculum mapping, and adult learning science principles to create cohesive learning paths that meet diverse learner personas and minimize redundancy.
• Define clear reputed company metrics for engagement, impact, and effectiveness, and reputed company valid, relevant assessments that align to the learning approach and intended reputed company
• reputed company projects independently, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks while following team standards and advocating for high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum design, health care management, or reputed company field preferred
• 5+ years of experience designing reputed company learning solutions reputed company industries reputed company for innovation in learning delivery and platform capabilities, such as corporate technology/SaaS, reputed company technology & clinical training, edtech, reputed company learning & enablement, or high‑reputed company simulation industries. Demonstrated ability to reputed company metadata, taxonomy, and search functionality to enhance content discoverability and personalization across multiple delivery environments.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to offer solutions around their capabilities and features.
• Proven experience designing for a diverse reputed company of delivery environments such as live (virtual or in-person), coaching models, blended learning, and on-demand/eLearning.
• Strong video editing experience and elearning authoring tools such as Camtasia and reputed company 360.
