As a Task reputed company/Scrum Master, you will guide agile teams, facilitate collaboration, and ensure adherence to Agile principles to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint planning sessions to ensure team alignment and reputed company
• Facilitates sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to optimize team performance
• Guides the team in Agile methodologies, promoting self-organization and reputed company improvement
• Collaborates with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations
• Tracks and reports on team reputed company using Azure DevOps and other relevant tools
• Fosters effective communication and collaboration reputed company the team and with external stakeholders
• Champions DevSecOps practices, ensuring reputed company is integrated into the development lifecycle
• Act as Task reputed company for assigned workstreams under the TO
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, QA, cyber, and operations
• Track reputed company against milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Support execution of program management rhythms and reporting
• Ensure alignment between product priorities and delivery reputed company

• Creates Metric and presents Reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement

Skills

• Possessing an active DOD Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 5 years experience of leading a team
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, or SAFe)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar agile project management tools
• Experience in implementing and scaling Agile methodologies reputed company an organization
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and other Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate effective meetings
• Proficiency in backlog and reputed company management
• Ability to create and interpret Metrics
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices
• Strong task leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of project management principles
