Senior Program Manager, IT Consulting - Canada (Remote)

This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires deep technical program management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, remote, and matrixed environment.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be accountable for the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic IT consulting initiatives. Your role will reputed company the entire program lifecycle-from initiation through post-implementation review-and ensure alignment with reputed company's standards of reputed company. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of IT infrastructure deployment, reputed company migration, and automation projects
- reputed company end-to-end program delivery including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate across cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, DevOps, reputed company, etc.)
- Act as the primary client-facing contact for program updates and escalations
- Maintain accurate documentation: project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and reports
- Drive resolution of risks and issues across program initiatives

What You Bring
- 10+ years of IT project management experience and 5+ years in program management
- Proven experience delivering public reputed company (Azure, AWS) and data center migration projects
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) and ITSM practices
- Hands-on experience with PM tools: MS Project, JIRA, reputed company
- Demonstrated IT consulting experience with external clients
- PMP or equivalent certification (active)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field
- Ability to collaborate effectively across EST and PST time zones
