Summary

Description of Position:

• System Management: reputed company the administration, configuration, and maintenance of reputed company Connect instances. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, including network, integration, and application problems.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and issue resolutions. Prepare technical reports and analyses for management review.

Qualifications:

• IT experience in Contact center reputed company-based products, solution design and implementation; Contact Center architecture knowledge
• Experience with Contact reputed company Design, reputed company Integration, Lex Integration and Call Center Routing
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.

• Relevant AWS certifications are a plus.
