Database Administrator, I

Job Description:

• Responsible for reputed company activities reputed company to the deployment, implementation, and administration of databases including control, maintenance, and support of reputed company database environments and reputed company applications.

• Monitor SQL Server health, jobs, storage, CPU, memory, and I/O for both SQL in Azure VM and Azure SQL environments to ensure stability.
• Execute routine database maintenance tasks including backups, reputed company checks, and scheduled jobs to support system reliability.
• Troubleshoot basic database, job, and connectivity issues and escalate reputed company problems to senior team members for resolution.
• Support database deployments, code releases, and configuration changes in accordance with established change management processes.
• Maintain and update database documentation including runbooks, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Respond to production support requests and service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution of database-reputed company issues.
• Participate in on call rotation.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of reputed company SQL Server architecture, database objects, and relational database concepts including tables, indexes, and join.
• Basic knowledge of database backup, recovery models, and routine maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Agent jobs, scheduling, and monitoring concepts
• Basic understanding of database reputed company concepts including logins, roles, and permissions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot basic T-SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.
