Weekend (After-Hours) Admissions Coordinator
Overview: Remote Hourly Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 Schedule: Saturday - reputed company 7am - 5 pm AZ Time Non-typical reputed company, after hours, weekends, part-time Are you a compassionate communicator with a background in call center support, customer service, or sales? If so, reputed company invites you to join reputed company as an Overnight Admissions Coordinator and help families find hope and healing. As a key member of our Admissions team, you'll serve as the first reputed company of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment during after-hours, providing empathetic support and guiding them through their first steps toward care. Responsibilities:
- Be available to take at least one on-call overnight shift per week reputed company part-time hours (29 Hours).
- Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for families calling after hours, offering compassionate, clear communication and guidance.
- Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of potential clients and their families.
- Use active listening and reputed company to build rapport and help families feel supported.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Accurately document reputed company interactions in reputed company CRM, maintaining compliance and detailed records.
- Proactively address questions, reputed company solutions, and support families in taking their first steps toward treatment with reputed company.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles—reputed company or behavioral health experience is a strong plus!
- Excellent verbal communication and crisis de-escalation skills.
- A tech-savvy individual who can confidently navigate systems like reputed company or similar CRM platforms.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
