We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join reputed company at reputed company as a Coordinator, Complaint & Appeals. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our complaint and appeals process, ensuring that reputed company activities are conducted in accordance with the standards set by reputed company. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company complaint and appeals inquiries and will be responsible for responding to inquiries, escalating issues, and ensuring resolutions are reached.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of reputed company's complaint and appeal process. You should have a strong customer service background and be reputed company to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
