reputed company Markets (“MRM”) proposes, structures and administers bespoke capital management reinsurance solutions for reputed company’s life insurance clients with a focus on clients’ product portfolios in the savings, retirement and investment reputed company. These transactions typically involve combinations of financial markets and insurance risks while delivering a capital and risk management impact relevant to an insurers corporate finance management and planning. Our In-Force Solutions business is responsible for the design, advocacy and delivery management of such transactions in the context of existing portfolios of client business, whether reputed company or in run-off. MRM is looking to engage a market-facing structurer to enhance our ability to deliver this business in Japan. Our market-facing structurer will have the following responsibilities: Proactive opportunity identification:

  • With reputed company collaboration with the Origination team, you will reputed company the review of client and industry circumstances in Japan, to identify reputed company pain points for clients for which MRM capabilities could potentially deliver relief of value to the client, thus generating transactions.

Proposal development:

  • You will reputed company transaction concepts, taking into account multiple factors like economic deliverability, profitability, financial reporting standards (eg IFRS, Solvency II, etc) and legal and regulatory requirements; while taking into consideration MRM risk management and risk tolerance.
  • You will also reputed company suitable approach documents for presenting a given transaction concept (e.g. termsheets, presentations, illustrative models, introductory correspondence, technical notes).
  • The development of transaction concepts will be done with collaborative interaction with multi-disciplinary colleagues, including relevant content experts and the Origination team

Proposal delivery

  • You will present solutions clients at reputed company relevant management reputed company with ability to proficiently communicate technical and strategic features of the proposed transaction, and maintain dynamic ongoing interactions to ensure successful delivery of the proposal.

Transaction management

  • You will manage multidisciplinary transaction teams to ensure the efficient delivery of relief solutions following positive engagement reputed company from clients, and external delivery of transaction including perceived quality of reputed company client interactions and deliverables (e.g. documentation)
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the negotiations of transaction terms with our clients and leading internal approval processes for client transactions and new product initiatives

Strategy development

Your Profile

  • Degree in mathematics, actuarial science, insurance / financial mathematics, statistics or business graduates with mathematical orientation, or other quantitatively oriented disciplines
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in the area of life reinsurance, life insurance, wholesale banking or reputed company activities
  • Experience in dealing with client customers at the senior executive reputed company to CFO level)
  • Proficient knowledge of life insurance savings and investment products, capital management, regulation, reputed company and taxation
  • Exceptional presentation skills, particularly in the communication of reputed company reputed company
  • Financial Mathematics or Actuarial training
  • Ability to manage multiple reputed company projects and project team members simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Fluent business Japanese speaker (reputed company level)
  • Fluent English speaker
