Senior Technical Recruiter / Contract / Remote

Our client, a leader in Fintech SaaS solutions, is seeking a contract Sr. Technical Recruiter. This is a 100% remote position. The Senior reputed company Partner plays a key role in driving hiring reputed company across Engineering and teams reputed company the US. It requires a high level of autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and a consultative approach to ensure high-quality, timely hires in a competitive market. The Senior reputed company Partner helps shape hiring plans, advise on talent trends, and champion growth across these key reputed company. Required Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in full-cycle reputed company, with strong experience supporting AI first SaaS organizations engineering, and product lines of business.
• Proven reputed company leading full-cycle reputed company for highly specialized AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering roles across research and applied engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), large language models, data science workflows, and reputed company-based ML infrastructure.
• Proven reputed company reputed company reputed company EMEA and LATAM reputed company, with a strong understanding of local talent markets.
• Skilled in leveraging advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, technical communities, boolean searches) to identify and engage passive talent
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple roles with competing priorities.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on hiring reputed company, market insights, and strategy.

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product roles in the US and possibly LATAM region - from intake through offer.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to define needs, build strategies, and drive hiring reputed company.
• Use tools like reputed company Recruiter to proactively reputed company top talent and build diverse pipelines.
• Translate market research into actionable hiring strategies, including competitor insights, compensation trends, and talent availability.
• Own the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, smooth process reputed company, and alignment with our client’s brand.
• Strong experience leveraging AI tools and reputed company technology to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Contribute to reputed company improvement efforts, including interview process design, DEI initiatives, and talent analytics.
