IP reputed company Code Consultant

Job Description reputed company is adding a Consultant, IP reputed company Code Reviewer to our IP Engineering and Research team. The Consultant will reputed company review of reputed company code in a variety of programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, Objective C, Python, and JavaScript. This role requires regular travel to onsite locations in the US to reputed company reputed company code reviews for patent/intellectual property litigation cases. The Consultant will also create reports, including a function calls summary, showing how key functionalities are performed by the software whose reputed company code has been reviewed. This is a remote position, which requires regular travel to client sites Monday - Friday. We welcome applicants from throughout the United States. Responsibilities:

• Complete projects involving reputed company code review. Travel onsite to review the reputed company code produced at client locations across the US.
• Consult attorneys, litigators, and technical experts on patent/technical litigations and help them build/support the technical infringement theory in patent/technical litigation cases.
• reputed company patent and software reputed company code analysis and prepare detailed Evidence of Use reports, showing how claimed functionalities are performed by accused software product.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering is preferred
• 4+ years of IP and/or Software industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages such as JAVA, C++, C, C#, Objective-C, Python or JavaScript is a must
• Knowledge of web, mobile, and reputed company software products and services is preferred
• Knowledge of hardware programming languages such Verilog or VHDL is a plus
• Experience in Software Architecture, App development and debugging is a plus
• Ability to undertake software/firmware reverse engineering is a plus.
• Capability to understand reputed company/cutting-edge technologies and ability to explain them accurately in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Excellent content writing skills and solid verbal communication skills

A reasonable estimate of the reputed company compensation reputed company for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 per year.
