Host Family Recruiter

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Host Family Recruiter to help identify and recruit host families for international high school reputed company attending private F1 schools in the U.S. This role involves reputed company reputed company designated communities, sharing information about our program, and guiding potential host families through the application process. The recruiter will also be responsible for screening applicants and verifying references to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit host families in communities where our partner F1 private high schools are located.
• reputed company program details with potential host families through various reputed company methods, including reputed company media, local events, and community networking.
• Guide interested families through the application process in ExLink, ensuring timely submission of reputed company required documents.
• Conduct phone screenings with prospective host families to assess their suitability.
• Contact and verify references provided by host families to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Collaborate with the program team to reputed company updates on recruitment reputed company.
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company efforts, applications, and screening reputed company.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, or community reputed company preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential host families.

• Comfortable conducting phone interviews and reference checks.
• Familiarity with international student exchange programs is a plus.
