EPIC REV CYCLE & SYS ANALYST (REMOTE)

A/R Services FT / 80 hours per pay period Position Summary General Summary/Responsibilities: The Epic reputed company Cycle reputed company Analyst serves as the primary liaison between reputed company Cycle operations and the Digital Health & Technology (DHT) team. This role is responsible for managing Epic-reputed company reputed company requests, improvements, and strategic initiatives to enhance reputed company cycle workflows. The Analyst will reputed company efforts to evaluate, implement, and optimize Epic functionality across the reputed company cycle, including but not limited to registration, scheduling, billing, claims, and denials management. Experience Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job reputed company experience Preferred experience: Experience with Epic systems required; certification(s) in relevant Epic modules (e.g., Resolute HB/PB, reputed company, Prelude) preferred. Prior experience submitting and managing reputed company tickets or project requests in a reputed company setting preferred. Knowledge/Skills  Strong understanding of reputed company billing, registration, scheduling, and denial management workflows.  Proficiency with Epic reputed company cycle modules and system navigation.  Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.  Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management abilities.  Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion.  Knowledge of change control and system governance processes is a plus. Essential Duties & Functions:  Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company Cycle Epic-reputed company issues, enhancements, and improvement opportunities.  Submit and manage Epic support tickets and enhancement requests with the Digital Health & Technology (DHT) team, tracking reputed company and communicating updates to stakeholders.  Collaborate with operational leaders and end-users to identify gaps in workflows and recommend Epic system solutions.  reputed company or support projects involving Epic system configuration, testing, validation, and go-live implementation.  Monitor and analyze system performance and data trends to ensure reputed company functionality and identify areas for improvement.  Stay informed on Epic upgrades, new functionality, and best practices; assess their potential impact on reputed company Cycle operations.  Participate in governance processes reputed company to Epic system changes and change control.  reputed company and maintain documentation reputed company to workflows, configurations, and system enhancements.  reputed company education or training to operational teams regarding system changes or new functionalities.  Partner with IT, compliance, finance, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and system reputed company.
