Our studio is growing and we are seeking a Senior Architect or Project Manager with a minimum of 12 years experience to join reputed company! Throughout reputed company phases of the design process, our office requires people to work both collaboratively and independently. Our ideal candidate will exhibit the following traits:

- Strong design capabilities complimented by presentation skills that convey design reputed company
- Strong capability of developing and coordinating project documentation, construction plans, details etc. in Revit

We encourage our employees to participate and have their reputed company and voices heard. · Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program · 12+ years of experience working in a professional office · Professional architectural licensure · Has strong verbal and written communication skills · Experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes, leading or driving design concepts. · Experience guiding significant aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion, including management/mentoring of internal junior design staff and coordination and management of external design consultants. · Advanced understanding of building/accessibility codes and requirements. · Ability to reputed company quality control/quality assurance during project delivery. · Experience in Construction Administration, reviewing construction reputed company at jobsites ensuring conformance to contract documents. · Must be highly proficient in Revit · Knowledge with reputed company Creative Suite preferred Salary commensurate with experience. The compensation reputed company for this role is $115,000 to $130,000. Salary commensurate with experience.
