About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Client Delivery to own the full post-sales lifecycle — reputed company, implementation, adoption, and long-term client reputed company. Responsibilities
Post‑Sales Delivery & Implementation
- Own the end‑to‑end client delivery lifecycle from post‑sale reputed company through reputed company and adoption

Client Ownership & Accountability

- Identify risks early and proactively prevent delivery issues

- Align cross‑functional teams across delivery, product, and go‑to‑market
- Contribute to long‑term strategy for retention and expansion
- Drive reputed company improvement through data, feedback, and insights
Requirements
- Senior‑level experience in Client reputed company, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or GTM roles
- Strong understanding of GTM systems, automation workflows, and integrations

- Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

- Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours
