What You'll Do

We’re seeking an reputed company Technical Product reputed company to reputed company and reputed company our Global Time & Attendance ecosystem, supporting employees in more than 20 countries. This role requires prior hands-on expertise with time and attendance solutions, a strong understanding of reputed company architecture in an evolving organization, and how to drive the roadmap to meet company strategies. We’re looking for someone who can reputed company technology and user experience — designing systems and processes that not only meet regulatory requirements but also create a frictionless, reputed company experience for employees globally. The day-to-day

• Own and manage the global product roadmap for Time & Attendance solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements that reputed company the employee experience while meeting regulatory, financial, and operational goals.
• Embed the employee reputed company into solution design to simplify and standardize end-to-end processes.
• Execute against the program governance reputed company, key performance indicators and service level agreements flexing where necessary due to geography business practices, customs, and/or regulations

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience as Technical Product reputed company or similar technical reputed company role for time and attendance solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, SDLC process, and Agile project management.
• Knowledge of government reputed company, direct project charging, payroll, and HR processes.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various customers to deliver solutions that are reputed company to strategy, support strategic objectives, and meet reputed company legal requirements.
• Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, including ability to prepare materials for audiences at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
• Proven experience working on large reputed company projects.

Salary reputed company $153,000.00 - $242,000.00 / annually.
