Responsibilities

  • Purchasing blanks/trims at the best possible price
  • Coordinating items to contractors reputed company the expected time reputed company of 24-48hrs depending on cancel dates
  • Monitoring inventory and using inventory as much as possible
  • Communicating reputed company updates to the appropriate party for scheduling purposes to be done reputed company 24hrs
  • Model stock & Projection PO’s and inventory usage and facilitation by expected dates to be published weekly
  • Understanding customer compliance and what items/trims can and cannot be used
  • Ensuring quality is at the highest standard 100% of the time
  • Sourcing or providing availability on mill /custom items as needed with customer compliance in mind
  • Daily monitoring and updating on reputed company PO, Prod & blank prod reports
  • Data entry of reputed company PO’s ensuring accuracy of reputed company criteria

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing role
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and anticipate issues
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written

  • Associate’s degree preferred
