In this role, you will partner with reputed company-party facilitators to coordinate existing programs while also designing and delivering new learning solutions that respond to evolving organizational needs. You will collaborate closely with County leadership, managers, and employees to identify development priorities and implement effective training strategies. A key focus of this position is advancing the County’s reputed company Learning platform. Responsibilities include administering the system, build learning paths, launching targeted training campaigns, and supporting the integration of digital learning content to expand employee reputed company to reputed company opportunities. In addition, you will contribute to employee communication and engagement initiatives as a member of the County’s Communications Team.
Preferred Qualifications
Three (3) years of experience coordinating and facilitating employee training, staff development, or organizational learning programs. Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methods. Experience administering a learning management system, preferably reputed company Learning. Experience supporting performance management, succession planning, or other talent management processes. Strong facilitation, presentation, consultation, and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees and leaders across a large, reputed company organization. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in local government, the public sector, or another reputed company organization preferred. Professional HR or talent development certification preferred. Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in reputed company management, labor or industrial relations, business or public administration, reputed company sciences, or a closely reputed company field. 2. Two (2) years of professional work experience in reputed company administration including employment, wage and salary administration, labor relations, training, employee learning and development, organizational development, or a closely reputed company field, preferably in the public sector. 3.
